Kiss98 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guide
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kiss98 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to comply with all provisions stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing the kiss98 website, registering an account, or using any services provided by our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and kiss98 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The kiss98 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your place of residence.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of kiss98 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. kiss98 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.
Users are required to:
- Provide valid identification during the account verification process.
- Keep your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
- Notify kiss98 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
3. Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Kiss98 users are required to use the platform in a lawful, ethical manner that respects other users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action without prior notice:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other method to manipulate the platform or game outcomes.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt kiss98's security systems.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Distributing unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content to other users through the platform.
- Creating a false identity or using another person's personal information to register an account.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Kiss98 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the kiss98 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and has sufficient funds before confirming any deposit.
Important payment information:
- Deposit: All confirmed deposits are final. Refunds on deposits used for gaming activity will not be processed except under special circumstances as determined by kiss98 management.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- Processing time: Processing takes between 24 to 48 working hours. kiss98 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party factors such as banking institutions.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are displayed on the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
- Suspected accounts: kiss98 reserves the right to suspend transaction processing for accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent or illegal activity while an investigation is ongoing.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits, and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Kiss98 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected illegal activity, or at the platform management's discretion. Users may also close their own account by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to successful verification.
Platform Liability Limits
Kiss98 is not liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, or service disruptions arising from a user's use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and kiss98 makes no warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of the information displayed. Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and are solely responsible for the decisions they make.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kiss98 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the property of kiss98 or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from kiss98.
Third-Party Links
The kiss98 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. kiss98 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Kiss98 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via the platform or to the email address registered to the user's account. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
